Refund and Cancellation Policy

We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for ALL digital products, ONLY if you haven't accessed or downloaded the digital manual(s). If you have accessed or downloaded the manual within 7 days and are not satisfied, we can either offer another digital manual of equal value or provide a store credit to your Account for the same amount. However, please note that we cannot refund payments if manual(s) have been accessed or downloaded offline. Due to the nature of our services and the digital format of our manuals, they cannot be returned. Nevertheless, we strive to find a solution or provide a replacement manual whenever possible.

To prevent fraudulent access, we have implemented a system that records the IP Address, location, and other details of the "access" or "download" event. We take fraudulent activities seriously, and appropriate actions will be taken against those responsible.

Reservation of Rights

RepairsAdvisor.com reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we reasonably believe that (i) you are attempting to exploit this refund policy unfairly, (ii) you are in breach of our Terms and Conditions, or (iii) we reasonably suspect fraudulent use of our service.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
