When will the download be available

Case 1 - The download link is available:

You can access the manual immediately by clicking the "Download Now" button included in the confirmation email or you can find it in "My Orders" under "My Account" from Repairsadvisor.com. Case 2 - The download link is being processed:

In this case, the download link is still being processed. As noted in the confirmation email, the link will be sent to your registered email address and made available in your account within a few hours. However, please note:

• Because some manuals are in software form, which can be challenging to install and use, we need to convert them into PDF format to ensure compatibility with all devices/operating systems. This allows you to easily store, share, and print files with high quality.
• The processing time is affected by our working hours, which are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM HongKong Time, Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays). 
• If your order is placed outside working hours, during weekends, or on a public holiday, the download link may take longer to process.
