Eligibility:

  • You receive a manual that doesn't contain the information you require for your specific vehicle/machine.
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation email.

Process:

  2. Return the original manual in its original packaging and unused condition.
  3. We will exchange the replacement manual upon receipt of the original.
